I would thank you and your team of sports medicine doctors for providing what we considered excellent coverage of our preliminary event October 18-20, 2001 located in Tooele, Utah.

Our main event will take place February 10-23, 2002 in the Salt Lake Valley during the Olympic Period.

Although we are not the cultural Olympiad rodeo we are the largest and longest continual running rodeo during the Olympic Period with timed event action during the day and rough stock rodeo at night.

Because of the length and diversity of our event we will require a level of service that only your team can provide.

We would like to have you provide our sports medicine during the Olympic Period and attend as "The Official Sports Medicine Team" for The Salt Lake ProAm Rodeo.
