Dear Mr. Thor,

First, I would like to extend our gratitude for your interest in being the medical sports team for the Mid-States Rodeo Association. I am really looking forward to working with you this year, and hopefully in years to come.

I understand you were unable to attend last years finals, but am not aware of all reasons. So, this year I would like to change things and make sure that all contributors, of any kind, are happy and satisfied at the year's end.

I have enclosed a list of rodeos, and hope this will aid in receiving your national sponsorship as well. There are a few obligations that we would like for you to fulfill, in return for our rodeos and the sponsorship. I have enclosed a list of them as well. Please feel free to look them over and if there are any problems, don't hesitate to contact Bill or myself.
